Eliane Fakhry is a Partner at EKP based in Beirut.
She has more than twenty-four years of experience serving clients in Lebanon and abroad. She specializes in criminal law matters and is highly recognized in the Lebanese market for being a leading litigator.
Eliane’s work encompasses local and cross-border matters in one or several jurisdictions.
She represents various public and private entities and unions and has consistently advised national and multinational corporations on diverse areas of the law.
Eliane engages in complex criminal litigation, but also has a wide experience in civil and administrative law matters.
She represents and advises various municipalities including the Lebanese Union of Municipalities and non-profit organizations such as “the Gibran national committee”, in all their legal needs.
She also consults with and advises various parliament members on draft bills and project laws.
Eliane has an LL.B. and an LL.M. in comparative law from University of Holy Spirit Kaslik (USEK). She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association, and is fluent in Arabic, English and French.
