Khalid has more than fifteen years of experience in the United Arab Emirates. He is specialized in all forms of dispute resolution including civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, and arbitral awards.
Khalid has played a leading role in numerous contentious matters in the UAE advising and representing corporations, investor groups and high-net-worth individuals.
Before setting up his own practice, Khalid worked in the execution division of the Sharjah Court for several years.
Khalid has completed a training program with the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre and is seeking approval to become an arbitrator of the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center.
Khalid has an LL.B. from College of Law (AUST). He is admitted to the roll of lawyers with the UAE Ministry of Justice and the Dubai Legal Affairs Department and is fluent in Arabic and English.
